In October of 2021, Preservation Hall welcomed the return of the one and only Soul Queen of New Orleans – Mrs. Irma Thomas – for two evenings of intimate and stunning performances.

Irma and her band delivered on her signature “It’s Raining,” “Simply the Best,” “Even Now,” “Hip Shakin’ Mama” and many more. Here are a few of these precious moments captured by photographer Camille Lenain.
